Each garment we sell is made to order in the Northeastern United States. While we will make every effort possible to make your order work for you, we understand that sometimes an order must be returned.

Original Condition for Credit

All returns must be in their original condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the item's integrity for a smooth return process.

Made to Order Garments

Made to order garments are considered final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order products.

Processing Time

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we diligently handle each request to ensure a thorough and efficient process.

14 Days to Return

Returns will be honored for items in original condition within 14 days of purchase. We will happily exchange an item of equal value or offer store credit.

All sale items are final.
